Committee moved to approve the proposed storefront repair design with the understanding that: (1) smooth-faced Hardie Board (Downing Sand color) be used to replace all exterior surfaces presently covered by plywood; (2) the painting of the concrete landings and corner column should be done in the same Downing Sand color as the building's exterior facade; and, (3) the painting of the building's concrete base should be done with a consistent neutral color.
