Committee moved to approve as submitted with the understanding that the project sponsors will: (1) Paint the remnant 21'-wide chain link gate fence & related barbed wire top black to match new decorative metal fence color; (2) Investigate the addition of landscaping/curbing to match other proposed landscape types for the area enclosed by the five yellow bollards around the pole sign base; (3) Adjust building drawings to accurately reflect true roof slope and pitch angles; and, (4) Confirm parking requirements for existing property conditions and redeveloped site thru consultation with City's Zoning Administrator and report findings to Near West Design Review Committee's staff coordinator.
