Committee moved to approve design of proposed building addition w/understanding that Clark Avenue elevation's façade materials be of a type that closely matches the brick and mortar joint colors of the existing repair garage and that the proposed new garage door match the style, color and window size & placement of the exisitng repair garage's door.  The Committee furrther required that the concrete block of the south and west elevations shall be painted to match the yellow color depicted on Drawings A-2 & A-3, as submitted by the project architect.
